The tree lighting, caroling and Santa’s arrival is on Wednesday, December 4th at 6:30 pm, located at the Veterans’ Memorial on North Main Street.
Lyons Bank will have chili available in front of the bank.
After Santa’s arrival by wagon at the tree, everyone will walk and perhaps carol their way to the library…some may get to wagon ride with Santa to the library.
Once at the library, there will be hot cocoa and cookies, a chance to visit with Santa, basket ticket raffles in the library and holiday music provided by the community band. Horse drawn wagon rides beginning and ending at the library till 8:00 pm.
Cookies and cocoa will not be available until after Santa arrives at the library.
NEW BASE RATES ARE:
Village Sewer base rate $100.00 plus if over 5,000 gallons $0.55 per 100 gallons Village Water base rate $ 30.00 plus if over 5,000 gallons $0.18 per 100 gallons Outside Water base rate $ 47.00 plus if over 5,000 gallons $0.35 per 100 gallons .
LT2 rates will not be affected and remains at $6.50 per quarter with all usage at $0.04 per hundred gallons.
