The Syracuse Vet Center is partnering with Feed Our Vets to provide FREE food distribution to Veterans in the community.

WHEN: Third Tuesday of the Month 8 am to 11 am.
Vets please bring DD024 and Photo ID or VA card or other proof of Veteran status.

DOG CONTROL - For stray or nuisance dogs, please call the Finger Lakes Dog Protection Agency at 315-253-4367. A message and call back number may need to be left.
WATER EMERGENCIES - For water emergencies occurring after hours or on weekends, call (315) 689-6608.
SAFE MEDICATION DISPOSAL - The Village Office now has a safe disposal box for all outdated and unused medications. No needles or liquids are accepted. These medications can be dropped off during regular business hours.

The Village of Jordan seeks qualified candidates for a position as a part-time, non-competitive police officer. Certification as a Police Officer by the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Municipal Police is required; DCJS Phase I candidates seeking employment to fulfill Phase II requirements need not apply. Prior experience or current employment as a police officer is preferred. The position entails providing law enforcement services in a rural village setting.
